As we dive head first into summer I find this a timely item and something I like to have on hand regularly. In fact I even use it in winter a lot of times.
Hydration. I’m completely absent-minded when it comes to drinking enough water throughout the day. I get busy, then I get hyper focused. Final Word:
I really enjoy my Liquid IV. Our markets are saturated with sports drinks and hydration packet type offerings but this works and tastes incredible. It’s reasonably priced. I notice a difference in my recovery and overall ability to stay hydrated when I enjoy these. I love that I get to create my own bundles and I have a massive selection to choose from when it comes to flavors. I’m the type who gets bored easily with one flavor and I like to try them all.
